Gorton's typically conducts on-campus interviews at select colleges for new college graduates for the following positions:
- Associate Marketing Manager (MBA required)
- Financial Management Associate (BS Finance or Accounting)
- Manufacturing Engineer (BS Mechanical or Manufacturing)
- Supply Chain Management Associate (BS Operations and Logistics Management)
- Marketing Associate (BS Marketing or related)
- Systems Analyst Associate (BS Information Technology or related)
- Information Technology Intern (BS Information Technology or related)
