Signature Tilapia Piccata

  • Serves: 2-3

Product:

Tilapia Signature Grilled Fillets

Ingredients:

  • 2 Gorton's Signature Grilled Tilapia Fillets
  • 1-2/3 cup low sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 Tbsp corn starch
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2/3 cup orzo, unprepared
  • 1/3 cup white wine
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 Tbsp capers
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Whisk together chicken broth and corn starch.
  2. Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat and add broth mixture.
  3. Add orzo and wine to skillet, cover and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add butter and Gorton's Signature Grilled Tilapia Fillets to skillet./li>
  5. Cover and simmer 10 minutes
  6. Remove skillet from heat, gently blend in capers, lemon juice and tomatoes and enjoy!

Tilapia Signature Grilled Fillets

Ingredients:

  • 2 Gorton's Signature Grilled Tilapia Fillets
  • Non-stick cooking spray
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/3 cup onion, diced
  • 1/3 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1-1/2 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 14 oz low sodium vegetable broth
  • 14 oz water
  • 2 Tbsp ketchup
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 cup green beans, frozen
  • 1/3 cup zucchini, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Spray a medium non-stick skillet with non-stick spray and sautè garlic, onion, celery, carrots, cabbage and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  2. Add broth, water, ketchup, bay leaf, cover and simmer 10-15 minutes over low heat.
  3. Add zucchini, Gorton's Signature Grilled Tilapia Fillets, salt & pepper, cover, simmer 10-15 minutes more over low heat, stirring frequently to break fish into smaller pieces and enjoy!

Salmon Classic Grilled Fillets

Ingredients:

  • 2 Gorton's Classic Grilled Salmon Fillets
  • 2 cups rice, prepared
  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 red pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 green pepper, sliced
  • 2-1/2" Wraps

Directions:

  • Prepare Gorton's Salmon Classic Grilled Fillets according to package instructions then cut lengthwise into 4 pieces.
  • Combine rice, butter and lemon juice, spread 1/2 cup to one side of each wrap and evenly distribute fish pieces and pepper strips.
  • Roll up, cut into six pieces securing with toothpicks and serve immediately.

    Ingredients:

    • 16-19 Gorton's Scampi Grilled Shrimp
    • 16 hard toast crackers
    • 10 oz bruschetta topping

    Directions:

    1. Preheat oven to 425°F and cut tails off of shrimp.
    2. Arrange crackers on foil-lined baking sheet, top each cracker with 1 Tbsp bruschetta topping and 1 shrimp, bake 20-22 minutes or until shrimp are pink and opaque.

    Notes:

    Make fresh bruschetta by combining 1 cup chopped tomatoes, 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic, 2 Tbsp chopped basil, 1/2 tsp lemon juice and 1 tsp olive oil.

    Directions:

    1. Prepare Gorton's Classic Grilled Shrimp according to package instructions.
    2. Combine pineapple, mango, cucumber, pepper, cilantro, lime, salt and pepper and place on top of rice with shrimp and serve immediately.
