Description:

Can’t decide between dinner in or dinner out? Adding Fish Sticks to your favorite vegetables and these Asian ingredients is the best of both worlds.

Directions:

1. Prepare Gorton's Crunchy Golden Sticks according to package instructions.

2. In the meantime, whisk together peanut butter, coconut milk, sesame oil, brown sugar, soy sauce, lime juice, crushed red pepper and garlic for peanut dipping sauce.

3. Place 1-3 cooked fish sticks (depending on size of lettuce leaf) in the middle of each lettuce leaf.

4. Evenly distribute carrots and bean sprouts among leaves, roll-up and serve immediately with dipping sauce.

Ingredients:

18 Gorton's Crunchy Golden Fish Sticks
1/2 cup peanut butter, creamy
1/2 cup coconut milk
3 Tbsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp lime juice
1 tsp crushed red pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
1 head Boston (Bibb) lettuce leaves
1 cup carrots, shredded
1 cup bean sprouts, pea shoots or alfalfa sprouts
