Description:

This salad takes you beyond the bread – tenders, lettuce, ranch, tomato, and bacon bits are all you need to create this delicious meal.

Directions:

1. Prepare Batter Tenders according to package instructions.
2. Cut cooked Tenders into 2 to 3 pieces and toss with lettuce, dressing and tomato.
3. Sprinkle crumbled bacon over salad and serve immediately.
 

Ingredients:

10 Gorton's Original Batter Tenders (GF, substitute gluten free grilled fish)
1 package prepared lettuce
1/3 cup Ranch dressing (GF)
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 jar real bacon bits (GF)
