Description:

This unique blend of lemon and flavors provides an excellent, fresh meal on the fly.

Directions:

1. Prepare Gorton's Lemon Pepper Battered Fillets according to package instructions.
2. In the meantime, heat butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium low heat for 2 minutes and sauté onion in skillet for 5 minutes.
3. Add flour, sauté for 3 minutes, gradually add milk, stirring constantly and bring mixture to a boil.
4. Add garlic salt, spinach, lemon juice, cheese, remove from heat, spoon over cooked fillets and serve immediately.

Ingredients:

6 Gorton's Lemon Pepper Battered Fillets
2 Tbsp butter or margarine
1 small onion, chopped
2 Tbsp flour
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp garlic salt
10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 Tbsp lemon juice
3 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
