Ingredients:
6 Gorton's Classic Crunchy Golden Fillets1 egg
2 Tbsp water
2 cups coconut, unsweetened
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°F, combine egg with water and dip Gorton's Classic Crunchy Golden Fillets in egg mixture, then coconut and place on baking sheet .
2. Bake for 12 minutes, turn fillets over, bake an additional 5-7 minutes and serve immediately.
