3 tablespoons raw almonds
2 tablespoons dark raisins
1 medium tomato, roasted
1 large green onion, include part of the green
2 teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted

Directions:
1. In a blender, mix roasted chiles, almonds, raisins, tomato, onion and sesame seeds, until it becomes like a paste.

Fry pureed sauce for 1 or 2 minutes or until ingredients are well mixed, add broth, and Gorton's Classic Grilled Shrimp and Gorton's Signature Grilled Tilapia Fillets and cook until seafood is defrosted. Cut each tilapia fillet into 4 pieces once they are soft. Lower heat and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes or until sauce thickens.
3. Divide seafood mole sauce among four plates. Serve with cooked and diced nopales or green beans on the side. Garnish with extra sesame seeds, if desired.
Notes:
Use a commercially prepared red mole sauce to reduce preparation time by 10 minutes. This recipe also works well with other Gorton's Grilled Products.
