No Purchase Necessary. Purchase will not improve chances of winning. To enter without purchase, go to http://gortons.com/seafoodlovers/. Entrant is required to subscribe to the Gorton’s electronic newsletter. Entrant may unsubscribe to the newsletter at any time.
Entrant may only enter once per day. Gorton’s Seafood (Sponsor) reserves the right to disqualify any winner whose winning entry appears to Sponsor to have been the result of mechanical reproduction or has entered via an automated online entry mechanism. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not provide valid information in every entry field of entry form. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
Contest Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize or a Trip to one of the following destinations: Greek Isles; Key West, FL; Las Vegas, NV; Italy; Gloucester, MA; or Caribbean. (Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of $5,070) or Alternative Cash Prize of $3,500.00. Destination of the trip will be determined based on the votes of participants in the sweepstakes.
Eligibility: Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and legal residents of the United States. Employees of Gorton’s Seafood, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and family members (spouse, parents, children and siblings and their spouses) and individuals living in the same household of such employees are ineligible. This offer is void wherever prohibited, and is subject to all federal, state and local laws. By participating, entrants agree to these official rules. Sponsor may report, as required by applicable statute or regulation, the value of the prize and the identity of the winner to appropriate taxing authorities.
Winner Selection: Every entrant who enters sweepstakes from February 11, 2011 to April 12, 2011, 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, is automatically entered in the grand prize drawing. One (1) Grand Prize Winner for the Seafood Lovers Trip will be selected randomly from valid entries received during the sweepstakes period and will be announced on or about April 14, 2011. All decisions are final in all matters relating to this giveaway. Odds of winning are dependent upon number of entries received. The winner will be notified by email. Except as specifically provided herein, the prize is guaranteed to be awarded. Prizes will be fulfilled within eight (8) weeks of the promotion ending.
Prize Restrictions: No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at sole discretion of Sponsor. By accepting the prize the winner agrees to the release of his or her name and/or likeness for potential publicity purposes, where permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability: Sponsor, Gorton’s Seafood, and prize suppliers are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any giveaway-related materials; stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible or postage-due mail. By participating in this giveaway and accepting a prize, winner agrees that Sponsor, Gorton’s Seafood, and their respective affiliates, agents and promotion agencies shall not be liable for any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the giveaway or resulting from the winner’s participation in the giveaway, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse, of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, privacy or defamation. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify giveaway if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of giveaway as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or otherwise violates any of the rules of the giveaway.
