My grandson went through a stage where he was just tired of "the same old thing" and I wanted to be "the one" who got him back to eating with us and enjoying his meal times again. So, I went to our local grocer and found your best breaded fish fillets to have a "Create Your Own Taco Night". I bought everything you would put into a taco shell such as lettuce, tomato, and so on. The FUN part was I allowed him to do all the prep work with me. At 9-years old, he has been in the kitchen a lot with my mom, his dad and myself. So, we made a whole big night of just getting dinner ready, then I let him set the table. When we were all done, he made the first one and tasted it, looked up at me and said "Grandma Linda, this was fun, and, I can't believe how GOOD these tacos are. No more hamburger for us, right?" And, that was the beginning of our Fish Taco Nights. Hey, some huge restaurants in town serve them all the time. We know your fillets made them the best yet. So, thanks from Carl and myself.
