My idea may seem a little crazy but my kiddos loved it! We made blue tarter sauce (just a drop or two of blue food coloring in tarter sauce) and let the fish go swimming. My kids ask for it all the time! I also give them toothpicks with hushpuppies and let them decorate eyes, ears and spots on the "puppies" with ketchup! Playing with your food is something I encourage and it always works out great! I have tons of ideas for veggies too! :)
