I have two daughters ages 4 and 6. There adventure bones are growing daily so we make a "Theme" out of each dinner that we can do together. One of there favorite is Pirate Fish and the shrimps of gold. I Hide there Shrimp on there plates under cover of tree' (lettuce and carrots) Sand (Rice) and sea (Soup) there Job is to take Pirate Fish ( a Gorton's battered fillet with lettuce hat and tarter sauce eyes)and find the shrimps of gold. We all have great fun with this and it teaches them that eating well does not have to be a dull experience. It keeps us all together for dinner without any arguments and lets me enjoy them will they are young.
