The first seafood my kids ate was, in fact, your fish sticks and breaded fillets. The best part about your seafood is I did not have to work very hard for a great result. I recall the day my kids first had fish sticks. :) I was getting ready to make lunch and since I have always enjoyed your fish sticks even as an adult I baked up a few with some french fries. I decorated the kids plates by standing the crunchy fish sticks up in the french fries, and by putting ketchup all around the edges it looked like an Island. I was very proud, the kids loved it and turns out I didn't even have to work that hard because for the next two weeks all I heard at lunch was how much they wanted fish sticks... THANK YOU
