My second son is autistic and it has always been a challenge to get him to eat anything beside starches! While I and my other children love seafood, crave it actually, Tony would just push it around on his plate. I realized after some experimenting that if I allow him to help cook his own food he takes more interest in trying different things. He now loves helping saute shrimp, or grilling kabobs!
