Grilled Fillet Pear Salad

Ingredients

2 Gorton’s Garlic Butter Grilled Fillets
1 large pear
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp vinegar
2 Tbsp vegetable or olive oil
1/4 tsp allspice
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 bag prepared lettuce
1/2 cup red onion, sliced
1/4 cup dried sweetened cranberries
4 slices pre-cooked bacon, crumbled
2 oz goat cheese, crumbled
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare Gorton’s Garlic Butter Grilled Fillets according to package instructions.
Step 2
Core and slice the pear, drizzle slices with lemon juice to prevent browning.
Step 3
Whisk together vinegar, oil, allspice, salt and pepper, and toss with prepared salad and red onion.
Step 4
Lay pear slices over salad, cut cooked fillets into 4 pieces, place on salad, sprinkle with dried cranberries, bacon, goat cheese and serve immediately.
