Ingredients

Mexican-Inspired Slaw
3 cups of green cabbage, thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 bunch of scallions, chopped
1 cup of kernel corn
3 tbsp fresh cilantro
Dressing:
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 lime, juiced
1 packet of taco seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Hawaiian-Inspired Slaw
2 cups green cabbage, thinly sliced
2 cups purple cabbage, thinly sliced
1 cup carrots, shredded
1 bunch of scallions, chopped
1 cup of mango, cubed
2 tbsp fresh cilantro
Dressing:
¼ cup neutral oil (such as vegetable oil or canola oil)
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp rice vinegar
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
1 lime, juiced
Salt and pepper to taste
Pinch of red pepper flake
Asian-Inspired Slaw
2 cups green cabbage, thinly sliced
2 cups purple cabbage, thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 cup carrots, shredded
1 bunch of scallions, chopped
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp fresh cilantro
Dressing:
¼ cup neutral oil (such as vegetable oil or canola oil)
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp rice vinegar
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
1 tbsp honey
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Cook Gorton’s Butterfly Shrimp according to package directions.
Follow the below steps for each slaw:
Step 2
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients for dressing. Whisk well.
Step 3
Separately, in a large mixing bowl, add all of the vegetables.
Step 4
Pour dressing and toss together to combine.
