Crispy Battered Haddock Fish Fillets
There’s a reason our Crispy Battered Haddock Fillets are a classic family favorite. Dipped in freshly mixed batter and ready from the oven in under 20 minutes, it’s easy to turn any meal time into haddock time.
Keep frozen until ready to cook. Remove fillets from pouch before cooking.
Conventional Oven:
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Arrange seasoned side up on a metal baking pan.
3. Bake 18–20 minutes.* flip after 10 minutes. Keep frozen.
*Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165°F or higher before serving. Keep frozen.
INGREDIENTS: Haddock fillets, batter coating, vegetable oil.

Haddock, water, sodium tripolyphosphate (to retain fish moisture).
Batter coating
Enriched bleached wheat flour (flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, wheat flour, modified corn starch, baking powder (baking soda, sodium aluminum phosphate), sugar, salt, palm oil, onion powder, yeast, colored with paprika and turmeric extracts, natural flavor, whey.
Vegetable oil
Canola and/or soybean oil.
