Fish Stick Stuffed Shells

Spruce up this classic Italian dish by adding Fish Sticks to your stuffed shells. In only 40 minutes to have a complete meal packed with flavor.

Gorton’s Classic Breaded Fish Sticks

18 Gorton’s Classic Breaded Fish Sticks
18 jumbo pasta shells
15 oz ricotta cheese
16 oz mozzarella, shredded
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp dried parsley
1 egg
3 cups tomato sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425°F and prepare shells according to package instructions.

Step 2

In the meantime, combine ricotta, two-thirds of the mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, parsley and egg.

Step 3

Spray a large rectangular casserole dish with non-stick spray and spread 1 cup of tomato sauce onto bottom.

Step 4

Spoon ricotta mixture into each shell, top with 1 Gorton’s Classic Breaded Fish Sticks and place in casserole dish, cover with remaining sauce, mozzarella cheese, bake 35 minutes, let stand 5 minutes and enjoy!
