Cooking Directions: You can cook either way!
Conventional Oven:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2. Arrange on metal baking pan.
3. Bake 19-21 minutes total (Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving. Microwave is not recommended). Flip fillets after 16 minutes.
Air Fryer (Air Fryers can have varying operation methods and wattages. Please consider your appliance when following these instructions. If cooking more than four fillets, oven directions are recommended).
1. Spray air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Place four frozen fish fillets in the air fryer basket.
3. Fry fillets at 375 degrees F for 14-16 minutes total (Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving. Microwave is not recommended). Flip fillets after 9 minutes. Although great care is taken to remove bones, some may remain. Uncooked, keep frozen until ready to cook. Keep frozen.

“Yummy and super flavorful”
I tried this for dinner with some sweet potato. The cod baked really well in the oven and tasted for fresh and crispy. It’s not too fishy just how I like it. It’s also incredibly simple because it’s already seasoned!

I was not exactly the hugest fan of some of the flavors used in this recipe. I think it was the herbs that I just didnt quite agree with my palette I don’t know just something about it did not taste quite right for myself. The fish itself was nice and moist. I did like how flaky the fish was itself seasoning on the other hand it wasn’t my thing I prefer the beer battered, which is the plain salt and pepper seasonings. I guess that was my own personal preference as for the rest of the people in my home who did happen to try it as well they liked it. They enjoyed it very much. They also had used tartar sauce for their dipping sauce. I did not I ate my plain so that I could try the flavors 100% by their self and the herbs in it for me was just a little too overpowering and just not my thing But I was very excited to try these and I’m glad that I did that now that I know what they are like. I can refer others that may like those flavors, but for myself, I will not be purchasing these in the future. I will stick with my beer battered I’m quite happy with them from the Same brand.

I org. tried these in the conventional oven and we thought they were good, but a friend let us borrow their air fryer & it really does make all the difference! A slight crunch on the outside & tasty, tender, goodness on the inside!I love that these are pre seasoned with herbs, it takes the guess work out of baking for me, and I’m a fan of anything my kids will eat! My kids have sensory processing disorder that has presented food aversion w/many tastes/textures/smells but they gave it a shot and now we have a new meal idea to add to our weekly menu!
