Conventional Oven
UNCOOKED. KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO COOK.
- Preheat oven to 425หF.
- Arrange on metal baking pan.
- Bake 13-15 minutes total. Flip after 7 minutes. Keep frozen.
Fully cook shrimp to an internal temperature of 145ยฐF or higher before serving.
Air Fryer
- Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Fry shrimp at 400ยฐF for 9-10 minutes.
Air Fryers can have varying operation methods and wattages.

My kids enjoy coconut shrimp and they were pretty happy with these ones. They were slightly crunchy when air fried. I prefer the late the ingredients are cleaner than what this brand offers, but it was good to try another brand. Good as a back up if I can't get our preferred brand.

We love Gorton products and the coconut shrimp did not disappoint. Nice and crispy with firm shrimp. Baking is simple, 425 for 13-15 minutes, flipping after 7 minutes is recommended per the directions. I've made them both with and without flipping and there is not much difference in my oven. Great product!

To be honest, these were good but not great. They were lightly breaded but it was more panko than coconut. The coconut was very light and Iโm used to a stronger coconut taste with coconut shrimp. The light bits of coconut gave a light sweetness to it but it wasnโt overly sweet. It was easy and quick to heat up.

Typically I do not like frozen fried foods, but pop these babies in the air fryer and they taste JUST like ruby tuesdays coconut shrimpโฆ and eating out is not in the budget for a lot of us often these days. I havenโt tried the oven yet but definitely donโt microwave unless you prefer mushy breading. I cooked mine in a $25 Walmart air fryer.

The coconut breading is flavorful and makes them great for dipping. There is even a recipe on the back for a sauce that pairs well with the shrimp. One drawback, is that they have definitely gotten a lot smaller over the years and more expensive, which is a bit of a letdown. The taste still holds up though and keeps me coming back when I canโt afford to go to a sit down seafood restaurant.

The coconut breading is flavorful and makes them great for dipping. There is even a recipe on the back for a sauce that pairs well with the shrimp. One drawback, is that they have definitely gotten a lot smaller over the years and more expensive, which is a bit of a letdown. The taste still holds up though and keeps me coming back when I canโt afford to go to a sit down seafood restaurant.

After trying this coconut shrimp, I figured it needed more flavor so I added pineapple jalapeno pepper jam as a side sauce and I melted it to make it into a sauce. I originally cooked it for 15 minutes and the shrimps were still soft so I added an extra 5 minutes so that way the shrimp will be crispy.

I had the Gortonโs Coconut Shrimp for a lunch and really enjoyed them. I prepared them in an air fryer with the directions on the box and they turned out nice and crispy. The breading had great coconut flavor although I could have used a little more sweetness. I also wish it came with sweet chili sauce but I understand that would bring up the cost. Overall I liked these and would buy again. Iโll buy sweet chili sauce separate for dipping.

I really loved these coconut shrimp. It was convenient to make and only took about 12 minutes in the oven. I love the crunchiness of the batter and I loved the size of the shrimp. It had a nice sweet taste with the coconut. My kids also loved it, which was awesome.

I heated it in the air fryer for 10 minutes like it said on the instructions and they came out crispy on the outside but juicy and tasty on the inside๐ surprising that a frozen box of fried shrimps can feel so fresh, it goes fantastic with any sauce you dip them on. I had to eat the whole box!

Very crispy and decent size. Super tasty with slight coconut taste. They are a convenient late night snack which can be paired with a sauce to dip.

These were just ok nothing special. I am glad I got to try them but I would not get them again. Not the best flavor or taste very fresh. Would be open to trying other products like this

The packaging does make it very easy to find in the stores. The taste is good the coconut does get lost in the breading taste. I air fried them and they came out pretty crispy. They are a great quick meal
