Uncooked. Keep frozen until ready to cook.
Conventional Oven:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2. Arrange on metal baking pan.
3. Bake 13-15 minutes total (fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving) flip after 8 minutes.
For extra crunch or cooking more than 8 fish sticks, add 3 minutes to the cooking time.
Air Fryer: (Air fryers can have varying operation methods and wattages.) Please consider your appliance when following these instructions. Oil is not needed.
1. Arrange 8 sticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
2. Fry sticks at 400 degrees F for 7-10 minutes total (fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving).
Keep frozen.

I switched up our normal Taco Tuesday ground beef for fish sticks. I put out all the same toppings and sauces, and added a few fish friendly sauces as an option. Two of my kids are picky eaters and frequently do not like fish. However, all my kids loved it and went back for seconds!!! It was a big hit with the whole family, and it was fast and healthy!

we just had the gortons fish sticks a few nights ago. love fixing it for a quick dinner and lov the taste. we also had mac and cheese with it and tater tots. was a filling fun easy meal for the whole family

These are great for a quick dinner for the kids when I don't have anything else prepared or haven't had time to go to the grocery store. My only minor complaint is that one side of the fish sticks never get crunchy and stay kind of wet, even after following cooking directions and turning it in the oven.

I absolutely love the crunchy breading on these fish sticks and how tender and juicy the fish meat is! There's that special aroma and flavor to the breading that never needs any extra seasoning, and they're so easy to bake. They taste the best with some kind of frozen potato, namely fries:)

I have 2 very picky toddlers. I normally struggle with finding proteins they will eat; they are not your average chicken nuggets kids. I tried these one night for dinner, and they were a hit! They both loved them, so we have made it a staple in our home since. The crunchy texture is delicious.

I admit to being a picky eater but I love these fish sticks. What I like most about them is that even though they are breaded, unlike others I've had in the past they are not too crispy. May sound silly considering they're fish sticks but I like that they don't have a real strong fishy taste. They're just how I like them to taste. If you have a picky eater in your family try them and I think they may like them, too.
