Conventional Oven

  • UNCOOKED. KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO COOK.
  • 1. Thaw sauce packet in water. Add sauce as desired (refer to options on the left).
  • 2. Preheat oven to 425ºF
  • 3. Arrange on metal baking pan
  • 4. Bake and for 14-16 minutes total*. Flip after 8 minutes.
  • *FULLY COOK FISH TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 145ºF OR HIGHER BEFORE SERVING.
