Our Sweet Chili sauce is a little spicy, a little sweet, and a whole lot of delicious. Whether you dip, toss, or glaze, the power to flavor up our responsibly sourced crispy golden breadcrumb tenders is completely in your hands.
- UNCOOKED. KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO COOK.
- 1. Thaw sauce packet in water. Add sauce as desired (refer to options on the left).
- 2. Preheat oven to 425ºF
- 3. Arrange on metal baking pan
- 4. Bake and for 17-19 minutes total*. Flip after 12 minutes.
- *FULLY COOK FISH TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165ºF OR HIGHER BEFORE SERVING.

INGREDIENTS: Pollock fillets, breadcrumb coating, sauce.
Pollock fillets: Pollock, sodium tripolyphosphate (to retain fish moisture).
Breadcrumb coating: Wheat flour, canola oil, water, rice flour, yellow corn flour, corn starch, baking powder (baking soda, sodium aluminum phosphate, sodium acid pyrophosphate), salt, wheat gluten, sugar, whey, yeast, onion powder, natural flavor.
Sauce: Sugar, water, chili puree (aged cayenne pepper, red bell pepper, chili de arbol pepper), vinegar, tomato paste, modified corn starch, salt, dehydrated garlic, lemon juice concentrate, coconut powder (coconut milk, maltodextrin, sodium caseinate), xanthan gum.
