Golden Crusted Fillets
Made with wild-caught Alaska Pollock, 100% whole fish fillets (not minced!), and deliciously crafted with a superfoods crunchy coating that incorporates quinoa, amaranth, and other ancient grains. Ancient grains are a family of grains that haven’t changed in hundreds of years, meaning these superfoods are packed with yummy goodness you’ll feel good about serving!
Cooking Directions: Uncooked. Keep frozen until ready to cook.
Conventional Oven:
(1) Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
(2) Arrange on metal baking pan
(3) Bake 16-18 minutes total (fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving. Microwaving is not recommended) Flip after 8 minutes. For extra crunch or cooking more than 4 fillets, add 3 minutes to the cooking time.
Air Fryer (Air fryers can have varying operation methods and wattages. Please consider your appliance when following these instructions. Oil is not needed. If cooking more than four fillets, oven directions are recommended).
(1) Place four frozen Fish fillets in the air Fryer basket.
(2) Fry fillets at 400 degrees F for 13-15 minutes total* (fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving. Microwaving is not recommended). Flip Fillets after 7 minutes. Keep frozen.
