Garlic & Italian Herb Fillets

Cooking Directions: Uncooked. Keep frozen until ready to cook.
Conventional Oven:
1. Move rack to middle of oven preheat oven to 425 degrees F
2. Arrange on metal baking pan
3. Bake 17-19 minutes total (Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving.) flip after 12 minutes.
Microwaving is not recommended. Although great care is taken to remove bones, some may remain. Keep frozen.

Pollock fillets:
Pollock, water, sodium tripolyphosphate (to retain fish moisture).
Breadcrumb coating:
Enriched bleached wheat flour (flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, wheat flour, yellow corn flour, garlic powder, salt, onion powder, sugar, cultured buttermilk, whey, maltodextrin, spices, yeast, natural flavor, parsley, baking powder (baking soda, cream of tartar), parmesan and romano cheese (milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes), acacia gum, natural flavor, citric acid, dextrose, vinegar, tomato powder.
Vegetable oil:
Canola and/or soybean oil.
