Artisan Fillets with Swiss Chard
This simple side dish made with fresh, seasonal ingredients pairs perfectly with Gorton’s Roasted Garlic & Italian Herb Artisan Fillets.
- Prepare Gorton’s Roasted Garlic & Italian Herb Fillets according to package instructions.
- Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet set over medium-low heat. Add the onion, garlic and hot pepper flakes (if using). Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until fragrant.
- Arrange the whole Swiss chard leaves, in an even layer, in the skillet. Cook, covered, for 5 minutes or until wilted. Toss lightly to coat in oil. Drizzle lemon juice over Swiss chard and sprinkle with salt. Serve with hot, cooked fillets.
