Classic Fish Tacos with Avocado Sauce

Nothing beats classic fish tacos. Except when you make them with Gorton’s Fish Sticks. Pickled red onions, queso fresco, and a delicious avocado sauce make this classic dish worth coming back to, time and time again.

Ingredients

Gorton's Fish Sticks

2 corn tortilla
1/2 cup lettuce
4 tbsp black beans
4 Gorton’s Fish Sticks
2 tbsp queso fresco
2 tbsp pickled red onion
4 tbsp avocado cream (equal parts of sour cream and smashed avocado)

Preparation

Step 1

Add lettuce, black beans to the corn tortilla.

Step 2

Prepare Gorton’s Fish Sticks according to package directions.

Step 3

Add 2 fish sticks on top of the lettuce and beans per taco.

Step 4

Top with crumbled queso fresco and red onion.

Step 5

Drizzle with avocado cream.
