Gorton’s Crispy Battered Fish Fillets (4 fillets)
Prepared coleslaw mix
4 tbsp mayo
1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Cook Gorton’s Fish Fillets according to package instructions.
Step 2
Lightly toast slider buns.
Step 3
To make sauce, combine mayo with a squeeze of lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste
Step 4
Assemble each slider with Gorton’s fish, a small handful of coleslaw mix, and roughly one tbsp of sauce
