1. Prepare Gorton’s Classic Crunchy Golden Fillets according to package instructions.
2. Heat butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat, crumble ramen noodles into skillet, add almonds, stir constantly until golden brown and remove pan from heat.
3. Combine vegetable oil, ramen seasoning packet, vinegar and sugar in a blender until smooth, evenly coat salad greens, noodle mixture and green onions, top with cooked fillets and serve immediately.

2 Tbsp butter or margarine
3 oz oriental flavor ramen noodle soup
1/2 cup almonds, sliced
2/3 cup vegetable oil
3 Tbsp white vinegar
2 Tbsp sugar
2-10 oz packages romaine-radicchio salad greens
4 green onions, sliced
