Easy Fish and Chips

There are few precious things better than fish and chips, can we agree on that? Hungry Traveling Mama does, and she did us all a favor with this easy to make, delicious to devour recipe to shake up our kitchen routines.

Ingredients

Gorton’s Beer Battered Fish Fillets

1 Package of Gorton’s Beer Battered Fish Fillets

4 red potatoes

1/4 cup of Tartar sauce

Salt

pepper

garlic

onion powder

cayenne pepper

Sriracha

Preparation

Step 1

Cook Gorton’s Beer Battered Fish Fillets according to package, until reaching an internal temperature pf 165°F or higher.

Step 2

Slice about 4 red potatoes in french fry shape and season with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder and cayenne pepper. Place the seasoned fries in a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Heat oven at 350°F and cook for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.

Step 3

In a bowl, mix 1/4 cup of tartar sauce and about 3 squirts of sriracha.

Step 4

Combine and serve!
