Gluten Free Fish Sticks

Our Gluten Free Fish Sticks recipe is smart and healthy, while providing great crunch. With only seven ingredients, this recipe is super easy with little mess. Using our Garlic Butter Grilled Fillets and gluten free pancake mix, this recipe achieves the perfect crispy coating so that you won’t even realize it is gluten free.

Gorton's Garlic Butter Grilled Fillets

2 Gorton’s Garlic Butter Grilled Fillet – slightly softened

1 cup Gluten Free Pancake Mix

1 egg-slightly beaten

¾ cup milk

2 Tablespoons water

1 Tablespoon vegetable oil

3 cups crushed Gluten Free Pretzels

Preparation

Step 1

Carefully cut each softened Gorton’s Garlic Butter Grilled Fillets lengthwise into 6 “sticks”

Step 2

In a medium sized bowl, blend pancake mix, egg, milk, water and oil.

Step 3

Dip sticks – one at a time – into batter. Coat with crushed pretzels pressing firmly to coat sticks.

Step 4

Bake at 425°F 12 to 16 minutes, turning sticks over after 7 minutes.
