1. Prepare Gorton’s Smart & Crunchy Breaded Fish Sticks according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, toss lettuce with cucumber, tomatoes, onion, feta, lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cut each pita in half; carefully open pockets. Spread tzatziki on the bottom of each pocket. Fill with salad and add 2 fish sticks. Serve immediately.

Notes: This sandwich is just as delicious with whole-wheat tortillas or crusty bread.

4 medium whole-wheat pita pockets
1/2 cup tzatziki
