1. Prepare Gorton’s All Natural Cajun Blackened Grilled Fillets according to microwave instructions and cut into 6 pieces.
2. In the meantime, heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat for 2 minutes and sauté peppers and onions for 5-10 minutes.
3. Evenly distribute peppers and onions to each crust, followed by 4-5 pieces of fish, 1/2 cup of cheese, place on baking sheet, broil until cheese is golden brown and serve immediately.
