Grilled Fillet Pizza
With prepared pizza crust, this is a super easy meal to make. Simply sauté your toppings of choice and add to dough with cooked grilled fillets and bake for 20 minutes.
1. Prepare Gorton’s All Natural Cajun Blackened Grilled Fillets according to microwave instructions and cut into 6 pieces.
2. In the meantime, heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat for 2 minutes and sauté peppers and onions for 5-10 minutes.
3. Evenly distribute peppers and onions to each crust, followed by 4-5 pieces of fish, 1/2 cup of cheese, place on baking sheet, broil until cheese is golden brown and serve immediately.

1 small red pepper, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
