Grilled Fillet Stir Fry
This stir fry is an easy way to incorporate healthy vegetables and fish into a favorite dinner dish that the whole family loves.
Ingredients
Gorton's seafood
2 Gorton’s Garlic Butter Grilled Fillets
2 cups low sodium chicken broth
1 Tbsp vinegar
2 tsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp black pepper
16 oz package stir-fry vegetables, frozen
1 cup unprepared instant white rice
Preparation
Step 1
In a large non-stick skillet, bring broth, vinegar, cornstarch and black pepper to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly.
Step 2
2. Add vegetables, rice and Gorton’s Garlic ButterGrilled Fillets, bring to another boil, reduce heat to medium, cover, simmer 10 minutes, stir, break up fish, cover, simmer 5 more minutes and serve immediately.
