Grilled Gloucester Roll-up
The easiest sushi roll you’ll ever make. Just prepare Grilled Salmon and layer onto wraps covered with rice and lemon juice. Roll and enjoy.
Ingredients
Gorton's seafood
2 Gorton’s Salmon Classic Grilled fillets
2 cups rice, prepared
4 Tbsp butter
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 red pepper, sliced
1/2 green pepper, sliced
2 – 7-1/2″ wraps
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare Gorton’s Salmon Classic Grilled Fillets according to package instructions then cut lengthwise into 4 pieces.
Step 2
Combine rice, butter and lemon juice, spread 1/2 cup to one side of each wrap and evenly distribute fish pieces and pepper strips.
Step 3
Roll up, cut into six pieces securing with toothpicks and serve immediately.
