Grilled Gloucester Roll-up
The easiest sushi roll you’ll ever make. Just prepare Grilled Salmon and layer onto wraps covered with rice and lemon juice. Roll and enjoy.
1. Prepare Gorton’s Salmon Classic Grilled Fillets according to package instructions then cut lengthwise into 4 pieces.
2. Combine rice, butter and lemon juice, spread 1/2 cup to one side of each wrap and evenly distribute fish pieces and pepper strips.
3. Roll up, cut into six pieces securing with toothpicks and serve immediately.

1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 red pepper, sliced
1/2 green pepper, sliced
