Popcorn Shrimp Chili & Cheese Bread Bowl
This comfort dish goes over well on a cool evening or can be served with ease while entertaining during your favorite sporting event.
Ingredients
Gorton's seafood
14 oz Gorton’s Popcorn Shrimp
15 oz can no bean chili
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
14.5 oz can diced tomatoes, drained
4.25 oz can green chilis
4 small boule bread
Blue corn chips
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare Gorton’s Popcorn Shrimp according to package instructions.
Step 2
In the meantime, heat chili over medium saucepan, bring to simmer, whisk in cheese, tomatoes and chilis and reduce heat to low.
Step 3
Cut 1/2″ thick slice from top of each loaf and scoop out centers leaving 3/4″ thick shell.
Step 4
Evenly distribute chili mixture amongst bread bowls, top with cooked popcorn shrimp, serve with blue corn chips and enjoy!
