1. Prepare Gorton’s Scampi Sauced Shrimp according to package instructions.
2. Melt butter in large non-stick skillet over medium high heat, sauté onions 5 minutes, add rice, sauté 2 minutes, reduce heat to medium low, stir in 1 cup broth until absorbed, then remaining liquid, combine with shrimp and serve immediately.
