Spinach Fillet Salad
A kicked up version of a spinach salad with a crunchy twist. A great way to add something different to your meal line up.
1. Prepare Gorton’s Classic Crunchy Golden Fillets according to package instructions and cut into 4 pieces.
2. Combine oil, vinegar, chutney, curry powder, mustard and salt, toss with spinach, apples, raisins, green onions, carrots, fish pieces and serve immediately.
6 Gorton’s Classic Crunchy Golden Fillets
3 Tbsp olive or vegetable oil
2 Tbsp cider vinegar
2 tsp chutney
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
6 cups baby spinach
1-1/2 cups red apples, chopped
1/2 cup raisins
2 Tbsp green onion, sliced
1/2 cup carrots, shredded
