Teriyaki Fillet Stir Fry
It’s Asian cuisine made faster than ordering take out. This recipe will feed your family for a fraction of the cost.
Ingredients
Gorton's seafood
2 Gorton’s Garlic Butter Grilled Fillets
2 Tbsp vegetable or olive oil
2 large spanish onions
1 medium red pepper, chopped
1 cup carrots, sliced
1 cup mushrooms
3 celery stalks, sliced
1 bunch scallions, sliced
8 oz bamboo shoots, drained
3 Tbsp water
1/4 cup light soy sauce
1/2 cup chicken stock
3 cups baby spinach
3 cups rice, prepared
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in large non-stick skillet over medium high heat 1 minute, sauté onions, peppers, carrots, mushrooms, celery and scallions 5 minutes, add bamboo shoots, soy sauce, stock and Gorton’s Garlic Butter Grilled Fillets to skillet.
Step 2
Cover, simmer 10 minutes, stir in spinach, break up fish and serve immediately over rice.
