Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Prepare Gorton’s Tuscan Garlic & Herb Tilapia according to package instructions.
  2. In a large bowl mix together halved tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and onion. Set aside.
  3. In smaller mixing bowl whisk together balsamic and vinegar until combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Toss tomatoes, mozzarella and onion with balsamic mixture and serve with Gorton’s Tuscan Garlic & Herb Tilapia fillets.

1 cup mini heirloom tomatoes, halved
½ cup Mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
1 small red onion thinly sliced
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp. olive oil
Salt and Pepper
