Tuscan Garlic & Herb Tilapia with Heirloom Tomato Salad
Summer never has to end with this Mediterranean inspired meal! Pair our expertly seasoned Tuscan Garlic & Herb Tilapia fillets with a juicy and delicious heirloom tomato salad for a deliciously satisfying meal in under 30 minutes – and a taste of summer anytime of the year!
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Prepare Gorton’s Tuscan Garlic & Herb Tilapia according to package instructions.
- In a large bowl mix together halved tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and onion. Set aside.
- In smaller mixing bowl whisk together balsamic and vinegar until combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss tomatoes, mozzarella and onion with balsamic mixture and serve with Gorton’s Tuscan Garlic & Herb Tilapia fillets.
